    Can you say conflict of interest. As a former instructor at EWU and presently a full-time politician; this is like lawyer voting on tort reform. OH they do that. Shouldn't bills have a casual effect of why they are being created? Such as why just for certain employees? Isn't that bias. Everything she stands against? Another bill that shouldn't have been introduced until they balance the budget. Along with the other 100's that have been introduced.
