Not surprised and yet very much disgusted with how out of touch with reality these extractionists, i.e. "legislators" are. 17% real unemployment in this state, government debt and spending so very much out of control, spending INCREASES by the legislature being the CAUSE of this so-called "deficit crisis" and yet they want to create, what, a STATE CAPITAL GAINS TAX!!!!!!!!!! Get your freaking hands out of our wallets!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What part of NO NEW TAXES do our/your legislaters not understand.  Private citizens must live within their income and can do little to increase it.  Government MUST learn to do the same or we'll throw the bums out!

Lets see I bought it, I paid for it, I used my money and time to improve it and now the state wants to take a cut of my hard work and initiative. Until they have taken every last penny from us they will not stop.

This is crazy, there will be no incentive to own, buy anything with the feds now a proposed state greedily trying to take our hard earned money.  Stop your democratic spending and live within your own means.. We the public have to live that way.

 When will the new taxes end?  Why does the government want to stifle its population from profiting from their hard work?  Why do people keep voting the same legislator end each election cycle.  Stop the abuse, break the cycle, vot the batrastards out!

We know the tax and spend Democrats are upset the people voted down a state income tax and we also know they are very inventive when they don't get what they want. They always have a plan B where they will confiscate your money one way or another. Of course it doesn't matter to them that by discouraging saving and increasing one's wealth they are encouraging a greater number of people dependent upon the government. Oh, I forgot, that is really their true intent.
