This garbage piece of legislation is so typical of the right-wing assault on our environmental and growth management laws.  By taking advantage of the current economic downturn and the need for additional jobs throughout the state, conservatives like Representative Anderson, hope to be able to eliminate many laws that they know they would have no chance of eliminating under normal economic circumstances.  Our economy is turning around thanks to President Obama's visionary leadership (and despite the absolute refusal of any Republicans in Congress to vote for a jobs bill or stimulus bill), so there is no need to throw out the proverbial baby with the bath wash.  Let's keep our much needed environmental laws and growth management laws.  Work on a jobs bill Representative Anderson, not an anti-environment bill.  Your pretext is showing!!!
