    "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."....enough said.

    This bill was introduced by a Republican making it clear we truly are turning into a Gestapo state.

    If only that would have a visible effect on drunk driving... Our society taught me to be skeptical about administrative programs, I have better faith in education. I am however open to the administration option as long as it's proven to be effective.
