Obviously this bill will go nowhere for two reasons. It was introduced by a Republican and it addresses fraud.

Appropriating funds to address fraud aren't as important as created more commissions, boards, agencies within agencies and auditing the actual good state agencies provide the taxpayer.

Let me see................if I don't like a bill or I don't want anyone to know how I voted, I can ammend the original to the point that there is almost nothing left and get it passed by voice vote which hides how everyone voted.................hmmmmmmmmm sounds sleezy to me - cowards!
