It sounds to me Rep. Parker has an ear to what voters desire and reconizes that the fed is pushing weight that it doesn't have according to Constitution of The United States. Kudos to you Rep. Parker! (and thank you for watching out for the backs of people in Washington State and not backing down because some are taking advantage of their position given to them by the people)
