politicians have the habit of dipping into accounts that have a large amount of money and using it for unrelated pet projects. This was the case years ago with Social Security funds. A once very lucritive account is almost bankrupt.
Any unclaimed lottery prizes should be put back into the jackpots so people would be likely to continue purchasing lottery tickets and generating funds for the original intent of the lottery.
Go wash your hands kids and get rid of the sticky fingers. It is not the states responsibility to pay for Higher Education Child care.
