     Good common sense legislation that should be self evident logic. I wonder why it's an emergency though. Are ranges currently being harassed?

    Well, the bill started out being a great idea. Unfortunately it was watered down so much it has become worthless to those who need it.

    Washington State is only one of two States that has no gun-range protection.  Even through the House voted 93 to 5 in support of this legislation, the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, the Gun-hater Sen. Adam Kline, chose to kill this bill to punish those who oppose closing the so-called "Gun-show loophole."
