 Geesh-- While I understand the purpose, the rush to make anything and everything a @##$%$#@# Felony has just got to come tyo an end. A FELONY should be an act that makes the purpetrator unsuitable for social contact. NOT every little annoyance that comes along. You woonder why the jails are so full ? because every knee jerk representative wants to make some piss ant activity a felony. GET A GRIP. I would want this to be a civil offense, then money to support the state can be collected, instead of paying more to support the offending person.

 First, when was the last time you heard of a shopkeeper doing felony time for not displaying proper signage?  It is a standard warning.

This is a bill to fix a loophole of somesort that I'm sure was in dem's bill. 

Do we need it?  Probably not, but, here it is and all we can do is hope that it won't pass.

In the meantime the state goes deeper into debt.

 

 

 

The entire commerce chain from producer to client should establish some milder condition, with facilitating purposes for the entire market. I mean, most customers don`t know about the changes in regulations for dealers in every commercial field. They simply want to cover their needs as clients and go to, let`s say, yourlist.com, or any other giant online sales engine and look up for the desired products. Variations in prices come from the authorities who regulate commercial activities, not from producers or dealers most of the time. We only see these fluctuations without knowing their causes unless we dig more and look up for further insight.
