Is it really true that at a meeting about this bill the freaking ATTORNEY GENERAL McKenna  says that there should only be one side considered in an investigation into accusations, and of course this means the accuser's side (CPS) only????? That he actually said that "it was too confusing" to hear any defense??? How could any lawyer or judge, much less any red bloodedl American completely trample on our beloved Constitution that way? And this man is the freaking Attorney General ...what should we do with someone like that?

Well this is an allegation, which you have just passed on without any documentation that this happened.  So, I suspect the Constitution is still working for you.

When making accusations like this please provide documentation from where you get your information, otherwise it becomes baseless and feeds the hystericals known as libs.

A poor piece of legislation introduced by a Legislator who is out-of-touch with CPS field practice.  The law should protect the rights of parents during CPS investigations.  Moreover, CPS should be held accountable for field practice that meets the very highest standards.

Giving CPS immunity from legal liability is like giving a get-out-of-jail card to armed bandits.  It's just plain stupid and not in the best interests of Washington families.
