    Yes!  Time to realign our state's laws with federal law.

    I applaud this bill.  I'm not so sure about the use of the 'emergency clause'.  I think it's best that it be implemented, but does is it really "necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions"?
