 The Nanny State is growing. The FDA was asked to rule on the legality of these beverages and it has NOT done so. Yet, the Nanny State Democrats are already taking action to ban them.

What's next? Banning coffee because the Democrats don't like people ingesting caffeine?

Why not just ban food? That way, no one need worry that people may eat or drink something the Democrats don't like. Then when everyone is dead, it won't matter.

 Haven't you heard, the EPA has already banned breathing as Carbon Dioxide is a harmful substance.   It still makes me wonder when the legislature and the EPA will ban Dihydrogen Oxide for being a harmful substance.  Afterall it can kill you if you breath it in.  The Dems are trying to make the planet user friendly as long as you're not human.
