No way!  Forming a network of members only decreases the ability of the injured worker to receive an unbiased diagnosis and proper treatment!  If I were injured, I want to choose a doctor that is not part of a select membership that could easily always rule in favor of no compensation than in favor of.  Leave this part of the current system alone...let the injured worker freely choose their own occupational injury provider regardless of whose "club" they belong too!!!!

This bill will benefit every workers, at least they will be able to file claim with the help of their personal injury attorney by virtue of this bill.
