While I agree that honnoring our service men and women is a good thing, do you our eleted officials really have no important work to do. Did anyone even consider that renaming a highway has cost involved? Does the state have extra money laying around for this kind of feel good legislation. I think even our veterns could understand a little delay until at least you have balanced our budget. This kind of spending has got to stop until you have the funds to do it. Do you really think I like to hear raise my taxes when we appreantly have money to spare on this kind of project.
Honor our troops give them a well managed state to be proud of!
