I thought there was a program already in place for people who want to get their GED in prison, why not use the same program for juveniles, or is this just another way to spend tax-payer's money. As they're in prision they should suffer the same amount as student in the classroom. Sitting for six hours a day, listening to boring teachers, doing boring lessons, taking the same tests, getting the same grades and memorizing for the test as the rest of the high schoolers. As well as repeating the same grade as necessary. Unless they can guarentee that plus detention hall, then this is a waste of tax-payer's money. Oh and one other thing, as long as the juveniles are LEGAL citizens.... NO more wasting tax payer's money on ILLEGALS, unless it is a forced migration back to where they came from.
