     This passed both the House and Senate and mandates all counties assess property annually.

    Of course the added costs to this bill will be trickled down to property owners and you can bet the fees assessed will keep increasing.

    Soon, it won't pay to own property. Or should I say rent property from the state.

    In the future, with more land being confiscated by the government to appease radical environmentalist's and power-hungry states, no one will ever own any property because the government will have taken it all. This is the road to a tryannical state and that is where we are heading.
