The "no new taxes" we heard about and knew were a lie are evident in this bill.
The legislature has been finding ways to add costs to almost everything as a way to generate revenue.
$1 here, $20 there and it all adds up.
This bill will increase your tire purchases by $1 forever. (Of course they will probably raise the fee in the future.)
Better buy new tires before July to save a few dollars if you even have the money now to afford them.
