This bill makes you opt-out of paying a fee for Parks when you get or renew your driver's license.
Currently, you can opt-in if you want to pay this fee.
Ask yourself why the legislature wants to change from an opt-in to and opt-out procedure. The answer is they know people are lazy and it will be easier for the state to collect these fees. And we know the state needs to collect more revenue any way it can in order to keep feeding the trough.
