     NO, NO, NO, If they are here legally then they already have rights. If they are here illegally they MUST be shipped home and all paperwork done in their home country. If they crossed the border illegally then they are by definition, CRIMINALS and must be prosecuted and serve their sentances prior to and further attempt at returning legally.

    Otherwise it is a slap in the face of all imigrants who did it correctly and followed the law, like my wife.
