    This is a bad bill that seems to be coming in under the radar.  We don't have the money to spend on it, and poor children cannot afford to have another reason to be rejected by a day care provider.  This is a gift to the SEIU.  Eric Pettigrew gets donations from the unions, and this is his way to pay them back.  It is not about child care or helping the poor.  It is about getting more union members, and more union campaign contributions.

    Call your representative to vote against it.
