    Here you go again, with another stupid proposal designed to make you feel good about the environment which futher increases the cost of a government that can't balance the budget.

     Where is the competition in this bill?  Do they not see that they are as good as single sourcing this product and creating an opportunity to make a few companies a lot of money at tax payer expense?
