    This is badly needed! My Son has been paying out all but a small amount every month for over 13 years to one facility or another leaving him almost nothing. I think it's now up to $57 that he gets to keep. My biggest complaint is that when he gets his yearly SS raise, he never (almost) gets a raise. Whatever the raise is, he has to pay it all to the facility, or actually the State. I have always felt that every year he should get to keep a small amount of this SS raise to keep up with the cost of living.
