     HB 1552 at the very least allows the public to be heard before new laws and/or regs are created, which restores fairness to taxpayers.  This is the equivalent of a record fish on the line, a championship on the line or a brand new Mercedes.  Needless to say: PASS THIS BILL PLEASE.
