     Frankly, all taxes should have an expiration date.

     With the State not getting as much sales tax revenue which impacts the budget, I'm surprised they would give a 100% sales tax exemption. Why not 50%? Yes, I want to encourage better and cleaner ways to generate power but will this do that?
