Dumb idea, Want to save the Salmon? Start making the Indians abide by the same rules as the whites. I see so much waste from the Indiand in this matter, seeind hundreds of pounds of fish thrown in dumpsters. If we did that we'd be arrested.

It makes me sick! when I see Indial gill nets closing rivers I'm supprised any fish make it back to spawn.

Don’t even get me started on this !!! This whole bill is predicated on the false practice of batting Hatchery fish in the head when you’ve got your quota but protecting “ Wild “ fish. As if their was any genetic difference.....Let them all spawn !! Also read the portion of the bill which is the absolute heart of what the WDFW is really all about.... Sec. 2. RCW 77.04.012 and 2000 c 107 s 2 are each amended to read

    32 as follows:

33 Wildlife, fish, and shellfish are the property of the state. The

34 commission, director, and the department shall preserve, protect,

35 perpetuate, and manage the wildlife and food fish, game fish, and

36 shellfish in state waters and offshore waters.

    HB 2266

This premise flys directly in the face of our constitution whereas the WHOLE PLANET is the property of the people and Gov is the evil entity tearing away our very heritage and selling it back to us.!! We the people own the right to harvest what our creator has provided for us and elect representatives to regulate it for the common good if we so desire. Unfortunately unelected envirowhacko's currently have the upper hand and will prohibit the "common people" from intruding on their property without payment.
