This is a bad bill. We already pay one of the highest fuel taxes in the nation to pay for our "public" roads. Tolling should be restricted to the way we paid for the original bridge. After it is built and ending when it's paid for. This is just another way to increase taxes and incrementaly impose tolls on all travel. If you doubt this just look at government growth and the track record of government for the last hundred years. I do not consent. Good luck getting me to use a transponder.
