Why mess w/ 3 strikes? If Robbery 2 is removed from the list, two strikers will be motivated to raise their misbehavior to the new level w/o tripping the new threshold. Three strikes is popular. it works. Don't mess with it.

Beyond the preposed change to current law, the thought of making this change retro-active for those  some odd 82 "nice people" already sentanced under three strikes, is just insane...

I think this is a great idea! Praise God that this is finally taking place! This would be such a breath of fresh air if this passed, there are so many men who are incarcerated for petty crimes but they now have strikes against them. We are living with this, even though he paid his debt to society he will never be free until this bill passes, now that doesn't mean that he is just going to go out and get in trouble b/c his crime took place many years ago, but he is still living in fear that if he does something wrong, he will be in prison for LIFE! Not everyone is perfect, there is no perfect family member at all in a household. Do not judge or you will be Judged always remember that. Our life would drastically change for the better if this passed. I am so thankful the Governor released the 3rd strike inmate!

thank you Senator Kline for this bill!
