Why in the world is there a 2 year limit? There are typically chronic alchoholics. If you are convicted it stays with you for life as a felony. If you cause injury or death while intoxicated, it is a seperate felony conviction. Oh and not pleable to lesser offenses.

Crash and kill 2 people while intoxicated, you go to prision for life, preriod!

Get a law with real teeth, let's get serious.
