This should also give the violator a non-pleable felony under 3 strikes legislation if convicted, and apply for any adult mnot just teachers. It is time to get tough.

to whom it may concern,  Do these laws also apply to Indian Schools or schools under the special interlocal agreement schools, in Washington. They are notorious for shielding the predators on their reservations and they hide under what they call sovereign rights as Indians.  I am a native American and I have seen many children be abused with impunity on the various reservations such as Colville, Quileute Apache etc.  I have also heard of school staff members having open sexual relationships with registered students at the high school level such as Quileute or quinault or any other tribal school on a closed reservation. Do these tougher laws apply to them?  Please say they do! The rumors are like smoke. where there is some there may be fire.  As I have asked the various schools they always deny or say that it is consensual which is not allowed for under rcw 9a.44.093.  Lets show these tribes that theres a new sherrif in town this year.
