Someone please help me understand this. Government through excessive regulation and punative taxation drives businesses offshore. Then they pass laws requiring products and services to be provided in the country they drove the businesses out of. This looks to me like a policy designed to drive us back to the stone age. Can anyone explain what it is that I'm missing here?
