    NAIS is a financial & paperwork nightmare of a train wreak waiting to happen. The governtment can't even keep track of the illegals living off of the US taxpayers, why should they even think they need to worry about every goat, cow, horse or pig in the taxpayers back yards?     Oops, sorry, got my bills mixed up - Senator Mark Schoesler introduced this bill, Rep. Short introduced the House version. Thank you Senator Schoesler!
