Given that the State of washington already has numerous laws regarding fraud and misrepresentation,and that the insurance commisioner and staff would have to police this policy and create yet another watchdog chapter in Government we don't need this. This is similar to the Rosa franklin proposal to license ( not a tax, yea right) interior designers by creating yet another Gov. watchdog requirement. Don't legislators ever trim Gov't ?
