    As long as it is not leaning either pro or against firearms I like it. If there is a slant either way to it then no.

     Bills like these have a nasty habit of having anti-gun amendments attached to them.

     Why re-create the weel spending lots of money in the process? The NRA has manny kids training programs that would do a much better job than anything a state educator could ever dream up, and are already proven to work.

    How much will this cost if we do it in house? millions? Let's start getting the legislature fiscally responsible!

    We also need to keep the governments anti-gun bias out of it.

    Note that the National Rifle Association is shown as "national rifle association".  Lower case!!  How does rep. marilyn chase look?
