At a time when we are under extreme pressure to keep jobs moving why is it that we still have legislation that bogs us down with requirements that are of dubious value. It is not the time for requirements that make some feel warm and fuzzy it it adds costs or lenghtens review time it only works to employ more state and goverment workers while private companies continue to be strangled.
