It's about time! States need to reassert their rights, and make it clear to the Feds that they are in fact bound by the Constitution of the United States, whether the bureaucrats in DC want to admit it or not. This measure has virtually no teeth, but if every state in the union passed a similar resolution, it would send a message even the crooks in DC couldn't ignore! Then we could begin cleaning up the state government, and start reclaiming the individual rights that government at ALL levels have been systematically eroding for the past 50 years...
