    But this would negate King County's cost reduction measure to try to balance their budget without eliminating all the wasteful spcnding that it was planning to keep.  This might actually force Ron Sims to prioritze his spending plans.  It night save the cities in King County from going bankrupt prosecuting the county's felons (or simply dropping their cases and letting the crooks (other than those in elected office, naturally) go free.

    Hurrah !! Hurrah !!  This might be the most important legislation of the session.  PASS IT !!
