This is a bad idea. The whole purpose of the Executive Session is to allow members of an elected body to deliberate sensitive (and very select few) measures privately. The fact that Port of Seattle Commissioner Pat Davis claimed (to excuse her probable criminal act) that her fellow commissioners conspired with her in this (probable) criminal folly demonstrates how she desreves to be removed from office by the current recall campaign, not how this law is needed. If the legislature really wanted open public meetings, they would open up their caucus sessions to the public.
