This bill should never have been passed to start with! We can't afford it, period. And especially now with the condition this state is in! If a woman can't afford to have a baby with out the state paying her, she shouldn't have a baby. And add to that, it will include illegals! They orriginally said it wouldn't include illegals but now say it will. They passed it without even knowing how they would pay for it. Now they're trying to figure that one out. To say nothing of the millions it will cost just to set it up and dole out the money. This is a rediculous one. There is already a Federal leave so that you can't lose your job, it just doesn't pay you as it shouldn't! Don't have a baby if you can't afford it.
