This is a very bad bill and is most likly thought up by someone a few tacos short of a combination plate. It would be better time spent on a bill alllowing the public to revote for our state representatives when ever economic or social conditions change. They could simply get another few hundred thousand dollars, hire some consultants, and run for election again. I do not see the problem with that. It's not my money or time.
