What a REDICULOUS bill this is! Isn't it bad enough that our roadways are being taken over by bicycles, buses, people who just walk right out in front of you while your trying to navigate the roadways! Mary Margeret should be ashamed of herself for what she has done to the ferry system but this one takes the cake!
