I think it's a bad idea for a raffle to award scholarships. Then you're getting young people to gamble possibly their life savings in hopes of getting a scholarship. You're then teaching them to rely on gambling for their future. And would all of the money from the Raffle go toward Scholarships?
Let's get the kids to pass Math & Science before we have them gambling for their education.
