    Old Voter

In my opinion cars should not have the dark tinted windows they have today. I would be very worried being a police officer approaching one of these vehicles today. Seems to me it would be in the law enforcement's and public's best interest if you would pass a law removing dark tinted automobile glass. Slight tinting to remove glare would be acceptable. Also, make it unlawful to have more than two headlights. Some cars are so bright they blind on coming traffic. Might reduce head on collisions at night too, who knows.

Sure...and while we are at it

we can restrict the amount of wax used to polish a car - you know...that glare from a shinny car reflecting in the sun might blind someone. We can also be like California and restrict the installation of bug shields. Better go after the big-wig execs who ride around in these dark glass limos too. Oh and by the way, would you mind removing your sunglasses? Cops need to see if your eyes are red to tell if you been smokin any bad weed today. Pretty soon, we will live in a state and nation where any uniformed yoyo can come up and demand 'Your paperz pulease!"

more laws are not the answer

They already passed a law against dark tint, about 15 years ago. Consider reading the legislation before letting your knee jerk. There are already laws governing headlights as well. If an oncoming car is blinding you, it's almost certainly already in violation of one or more laws.
