    i can cause "death or bodily injury" with a sharpened PENCIL! does that make a pencil a "weapon"? these clowns need to THINK before they write these bills... but I suppose that would mean half of them couldn' serve as lawmakers...

The words "Vehicle Ignition Keys" need to be inserted in the bill language if Rep. Jim Moeller is concerned about "other instruments". .... Has Rep.
