    Not enough information

    There is not enough dialougue on this issue. It is not widely covered in the media. It is hard to tell how this will effect the prison industry, the citizens of Washington, and the inmates in their jails and prisons. There isn't enough information to do any real good research on the issue. Will this law be any different than before the supreme court over turned it?
