After learning about a friend who's 2 year old died in the day care, it brought the importance of this issue to the forefront. I'll be glad to dodge a few pot holes if it will help save lives in day care centers by making a law. If the lawmakers are an efficient group of leaders, it shouldn't take that much time to get this done and they'll be on to the roads and such.
