    Is there no fiscal note because Sen. Haugen has so little influence in Olympia that no one cares about her little bills or is it that the fiscal impacts on transportation funding will be so horrendous 30 years from now that she has asked for a delay in posting the fiscal note?

    All we're doing by adding 10 years is adding 10 years of interest payments -- a horrendous amount to place on the shoulders of our children and grandchildren. This is a terrible idea.
