These "Children" are no longer Children when they turn 18 years of age. Is this ANOTHER way to re-distribute the funds of us who work hard for a living and have do to without so the one's who don't want to work can continue the Dole!! Our society is being ruined by "Re-defining" things. One of these days we will define Everyone as a child if defined by the bible so we can have cradle to grave robbery.
