    Private Citizen

What is happening with this bill? I could find no mention of it in the Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee agenda's or anywhere else for that matter. I am a concerned citizen and a Small Scale Miner/Prospector who can see no reason this bill isn't acted upon by the Committee. It isn't like we were going to remove mass quantities of sand from the beaches. Quite the contrary, we process what little sand we think contains valuable minerals right on the beach. And in the process, also collect harmful things like Lead and Mercury.
