    Fine Idea - Poorly executed

We should definately make sure how Washington law affects gambling, and should make sure the law is consistant. However, this commission seems to be stacked with anti-gambling slots; have only token pro-gambling slots; and most importantly, not looking at the online forces shaping up in the gambling industry. Clearly this legislature already is inconsistant in that it just banned internet gambling, but promotes much worse gambling - lotteries. It would be good if Washington gambling laws were consistant - and didn't give the state and casinos a monopoly. It would make much more sense to create appropriate regulations that all gambling purveyors would need to follow, be they casinos, the government, or online casinos.
