    So if a doctor fixes someone's broken leg, and that person then drives themselves home, the Doctor could go to jail for not reporting that person to the Dept. of Lic.?

    Graet! Let's form another Medical board to oversee it. Sounds like more waste of money.

    This is a unfair and disccrimatory bill aginst a particular age group. To remain fair this bill would have to include everyone in this state! Imagine the uproar that would cause. This is a very bad idea.
